Withdrawal & Cancellation
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Free trial
The current free trial ends automatically after 7 days (168 hours). Existing trials and three-day trials explicitly offered by older app versions keep the end time confirmed in your account. No card is required and nothing is charged. You do not need to cancel the trial. A paid subscription starts only if you separately choose a plan and complete checkout; the cancellation information below applies to that paid subscription.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; full access remains until then. There is no automatic renewal after a cancellation.
Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU
Where applicable, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of entering a distance contract. Starting access does not by itself remove that right. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
To withdraw, a clear statement by email to info@tickwire.news within the period is sufficient.
Refunds
We handle valid withdrawals and any refunds in accordance with applicable law. Any charge for service already provided is limited to what that law permits. Ordinary cancellation at the end of a billing period is separate from exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
