Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; full access remains until then. There is no automatic renewal after a cancellation.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU

Consumers resident in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital services this right expires once performance has begun with your express consent and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

To withdraw, a clear statement by email to info@tickwire.news within the period is sufficient.

Refunds

Where a valid withdrawal is made before performance, we refund payments already made. Otherwise, amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata unless required by law.
